Cleaning up after short term tenants

I've just started leasing out our granny flat on a short-term basis to visitors. It's great because it's mainly business people and people from out of the area, so they are super quiet and don't know many people so it works out pretty well. I am still getting my head around some of the logistical issues of people checking in and out during the day when I'm at work, and co-ordinating the cleaning service to visit between tenants.
